Independent Pilgrims
Many of you want to take advantage of short breaks when it is most convenient for you travel so we are pleased to offer transfers and hotel accommodation at a basic price. We will add the price of the airfare to the price when we have checked out the best prices being offered by the different airlines.
Excursions can be booked in the hotel, or take the metro to see the city. There are also two tourist bus routes which visit the main places of interest in the city which you can join and leave at any point on the route.

Accommodation
ALIMANDI HOTELS
- 3-star Hotel Alimandi Tunisi and 4-star Alimandi Vaticano owned and personally run by the Alimandi family, Rome hoteliers for three generations.
- Easily accessible by public transport,
- Both hotels are located near the entrance to the Vatican Museums, within walking distance of St Peter's Square
- A good selection of reasonably-priced restaurants, café-bars and shops in the immediate area
- Comfortable en-suite rooms
- Generous buffet breakfast
- Friendly service of the Alimandi family and staff characterise both hotels.
- All bedrooms have TV and hair-dryer.
The Alimandi Tunisi also has a bar, piano lounge, billiards room and rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served.
Access to the area of the Museums is via a flights of stairs. The entrance of the Alimandi Vaticano (directly opposite the Museums) is accessible for wheelchairs, whilst there are steps with a stair lift at the entrance to the Alimandi Tunisi.
